Manchester United and Liverpool have been rumoured in the past. However, it now seems that the Blues are ready to enter the race for his signature.

Following the arrival of Portugues international superstar Cristiano Ronaldo over the summer, there have been concerns over Argentinians long-term future at Allianz Stadium.

While first-team minutes is no longer guaranteed, there have also been talks that Serie A champions will need to sell in order to balance the books after a big summer spending spree.

Maurizio Sarri will undoubtedly be keen to strengthen in the final third in the future if Spanish forward Alvaro Morata continues to look a shadow of his ex-self at Stamford Bridge.
